A user group is also a content object that is associated with at least one node within the system. It can contain users and other user groups. eg. you may have groups within groups. A good example is that you could have a user group called “Editors” then within that group you could have a number of groups that refer to different departments eg. marketing, engineering…etc.
Editors
This approach enables you to assign the same permissions to all editors and then provide different permissions for each department.
